Reliance ends contract with Iran...

I just read that a few oil companies including Reliance has ended all contracts with Iran fearing US action. As always, the Chinese jumped right in and are raking the moolah. I wonder why is that an Indian company has to bow down to threats from another country and why, the Indian government can't protect it against blackmail.

One country (or a group) seems to have issues with another and want it to suffer. Good for them. Please go ahead and do all you can from your turf. Why browbeat others to toe your line? Its like, we have a problem with Pakistan, so all companies who deal with there, will not be allowed in India. And how about trying to make China toe your line?

It is possible only because of a spineless government. When will be ever learn that unless we stand up (as opposed to crawling on all fours looking for crumbs) and do business on our terms, we will never become strong and nobody will ever pay any attention to what we say?
